Hyperstones increase attack speed with a maximim benefit of 400% for 12,000 gold, reducing cooldown by up to 80%. Cleaving Attack does NOT work with ranged units, only melee attackers. Mana Leak causes 5% Max Mana loss as a limiter. Some ranged heroes have multi-shot or bounce attack.
