The White Council wins if they can destroy Dol Guldur before the Necromancer leaves. Dol Guldur can also win if they can destroy enemy bases. War of the Ring: Dol Guldur must be destroyed before the Elven and Dale Bases are. Dol Guldur wins if they can destroy enemy bases.
