Los Angeles has fallen into turmoil. The gangs control the southern most areas of the city while the army has been called in to assist the LAPD in the war on drugs. The Cartel supplies the greater district with narcotics while the gangs hustle their own selections and the Mafia is still wreaking havoc. It is up to the people to decide the fate of their city.
